Terms of Use

1. Items offered are subject to availability. In case an order is placed for which DEVASEVA DIGITAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED does not have available stock, we will cancel the order and refund the money to the customers. Your browser may not support display of images.
2. The actual colours/finishes of products may marginally vary from the online display. Your browser may not support display of this image.
3. Hand-made items are susceptible to slight variations in size.
4. Dimensions are indicative and minor differences are possible.
5. Prices are subject to change duly and are under the sole discretion of Devaseva.
6. We as a company shall be under no liability in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Shipping Conditions

1. DEVASEVA DIGITAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED provides free delivery on all orders of Rs. 950 and above to locations serviceable by us. For orders upto Rs. 949, we charge a shipping fee of Rs. 99 for delivery anywhere in India.
2. The list of locations serviceable by us is subject to availability of our courier partners.
3. For orders where the delivery location is not serviceable, we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid to us within 5-7 working days.
4. Few products that require special packing and handling, separate Packing & Handling charges will be applicable. Such charge, if any, will be displayed on the respective product page.
5. It will take minimum 3 days and maximum 7 days for the product to be delivered after the dispatch.
